MAYHEM WARRANTEE INFORMATION

Here is a disclaimer to make you feel good about your purchase!  We guarantee our fly rods against defects in materials or workmanship for the life of the rod. Fly rod breakage due to manufacturing deficiencies rarely occurs. As a result, we handle requests under this guarantee on a case-by-case basis. Therefore, if you believe your rod qualifies for service under this warranty, please contact us before sending in your rod. We will provide you with further instructions to ensure that your request is handled appropriately and efficiently. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and will work to have you fishing again as quickly as possible.  This warranty does not cover:  Owners who don’t fill out the warranty card with in 2 weeks of receiving the rod. Shipping damage, breakage caused by neglect, misuse, or accident, unnecessary human force or incorrect assembly, improper maintenance or modifications, normal wear and tear caused by long term use, loss, fire, theft or divorce (if they get the rod we wont replace it so make sure you get a really good lawyer to protect your rod!) Warranty is only applicable for the original owner.

 Warranty Service: Mayhem Fly Fishing is not responsible if your rod is lost or damaged during transport. In every possible instance please send your rod directly to us, for service please send your fly rod postage-paid and insured, to: Mayhem Fly Fishing -  201- 7261 River Place, Mission BC V4S 0A2. Please include with your shipment: The entire rod, sock and case to be warranted, packaged so as not to be damaged in shipping, description of the rod including the series name, fly rod length, line weight, and number of pieces (e.g. classic XP 10’ 5 weight 4 piece fly rod), a description of the problem Payment by cheque or if you need to pay by credit card let us know and we will call you for your card number,  your return mailing address, daytime phone number and email address.  Cost break down; replace one tip is $50.00CAD - Replace mid section (either of the two) $50.00CAD per section.  Replace butt section $50.00CAD  *Plus shipping and handling
